Reservation Policies
Daily Breakfast Included.
Sea Kayak use included.
Arrival/Depature water transfers included.
Additional persons $45 US/Night, $35 US/Night in Low Season.
Children Under 12 Free.
9% Belizian Room Tax, 10% Service Charge.
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the resort.
If reservations are cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refundable, less a $60 processing fee.
Cancellations 60-45 days prior to arrival are subject to 50% of the deposit, less the $60 processing fee.
Cancellations 45-30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
Cancellations less than 30 days are nonrefundable.
Trip cancellation insurance is available and recommended.
Our reservations office is happy to confirm your air reservations from Belize City to the island for the additional cost of the airfare. It is important that we have your arrival time into San Pedro. Our staff will meet and greet you at the air strip and transfer you by boat to the resort. Please feel free to call our toll free number, Monday-Friday, 9-5PM CST with any additional questions.
Passports are required for entry to Belize. Please check that you have at least 6 months of validity on your passport from your date of travel.
